TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
Dance classes are run on a term by term basis. Once enrolled, all classes in that term are invoiced regardless of commencement date
Invoices/accounts are issued 2 weeks in advance to currently enrolled students each term and must be paid for by the commencement of the following term.
We assume that all classes enrolled in will remain the same for each consecutive term and you will be charged accordingly, unless you advise us of changes to your enrolment in writing/via email a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the new term commencing.
We do not offer refunds for absences due to sickness, school camps, family vacations, or if you simply change your mind/withdraw from the term. Make-up classes are only permitted on the morning class timetable for 2-5 year olds or at the class teacher’s discretion.
Any DIRECT DEBIT payment plans must be put in writing and signed by the admin staff and client. Forms available at reception. Should your needs change the following term, any new agreement requires a new form to be signed. Thank you
Broken payment agreements will be made void and missed payment deadlines are subject to accounts being referred to a debt collection agency after due date of payment/agreement. Continued non payment will result in the outcome that your child’s position in the class will be offered to someone on our waiting list.
Enrolment forms and term fees must be received prior to commencement of any dance class or you will receive a phone call to collect your child and they won’t be participating. We do not sit children out for not paying term fees as this is embarrassing for them and not their fault. We care about your kids so please do not put them in an awkward situation. Communication is key when it comes to accounts. We understand that extenuating circumstances do arise from time to time and we are happy to help work out a plan for payment however cannot help if we are not informed.
As class sizes are strictly limited we strongly recommend securing a position ASAP to avoid disappointment. Enrolments can only be confirmed with payment of your $40 enrolment fee.
A oneofftrial class can be purchased from reception for $15.00 from March onwards. Purchase must be made PRIOR to intended class, but is strictly subject to availability. The cost of your trial class will be deducted from your term invoice should you enrol in the class. Prior to March 2018 your trial classes will be FREE!
By signing your enrolment form you are acknowledging that any promotional photos taken during performance can be used by us for advertising purposes. You may specify on your form prior to signing if you do not agree to this and we will respect your decision.
