LYRICAL / CONTEMPORARY
Lyrical dance incorporates ballet technique and draws from the emotion within a piece of music. Students will explore versatile ways to move their body to allow them to tell a story. This class will allow your child to harness their passion for dance through freedom of movement.
Children must be 9 years of age or older to participate so that they are mature enough to understand the emotion required in a performance of this nature. Ballet is suggested to compliment this genre.
